We take great care to ensure each item is checked and packaged carefully before it leaves our studio. However, if there’s a problem with your order, we’re here to help.
Our refunds and returns policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
Change of Mind
Returns cannot be made for a change of mind. Please ensure you have selected the correct sizes before placing your order.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at hello@sweetcustombakes.com.au within 30 days of receiving your order.

A brief description of the issue
Photos showing the damage or defect
Once your claim has been reviewed and approved, we’ll arrange either a replacement or a refund to your original payment method.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
We’re unable to issue refunds after 30 days of receipt, or for items that have been used, damaged through misuse, or not purchased directly from our website.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they arrive faulty or damaged.
If you need an exchange for the same product, please email hello@sweetcustombakes.com.au, and we’ll guide you through the process.
Return Shipping
If a return is approved, we’ll provide instructions for returning your product.
Customers are responsible for return postage, unless the item is confirmed to be faulty or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned parcels.
